Funding Available
A minimum project cost of £1,000 applies with a maximum contribution from the LEADER Programme of 50% of the total eligible project costs.
The following are the grant rates for the Moray LEADER 2008-2013 Programme:

Local Projects from LEADER – applicants maybe eligible for a maximum LEADER grant of 50% of the total project costs. A minimum of 5% of the project costs are required to be contributed by the applicant. The remaining funding requirement can either come from private and/or public sources. |

Co-operation Projects from LEADER - there is a requirement for a minimum 5% contribution from the applicant with a maximum of 70% of eligible project costs from LEADER. The remaining funding requirement can either come from private and/or public sources. |
The LEADER grant cannot be released until all match-funding is in place and no other European funding can be used as match funding.
